Have you asked yourself many times how you can be happy?
What do you have to do to be happy?
Is there a precise formula to be happy?
Or perhaps the typical one: I will be happy when I graduate, when I have a partner, when I have the house of my dreams, then I will be happy.
Do these questions sound familiar to you?
I would like to start by making it clear that happiness is not a destiny, it is a decision. Yes dear friends, it is a decision. There is nothing out there that can give you complete happiness, there is no precise formula, there is no particular course that will make you feel this way.
We have the power to choose, regardless of what is happening. If you want to be happy or not, if you become a victim of your life and your circumstances or you become responsible for it, making the decision.
It can give you momentary satisfaction but that will be for a limited time, and that is when we generate attachments and co-dependence on things or people to be happy.
Search within yourself, that which connects you with your essence.
What makes you feel fulfilled?
What gives you joy?
What makes you: Dance, sing, travel, exercise, share with the people you love?
What do you like to do?
What motivates you?
What are you passionate about?
What would you do even though they don't pay you in the same currency?
What makes you vibrate?
Happiness is found in the present time in the here and now. When we are only living this wonderful moment, given 100% without judgments, without worries, because it is here and now. Many times we get carried away by the “I have to and I must”, and we get lost in life doing things to please others or out of pure commitment, or to feel accepted by others.
Today I invite you to become aware and responsible that only you can make yourself happy and that you make that decision every day, day by day at every moment.
Take time to invest in yourself, in the best journey of your life, the internal journey. Remember that the only person who will always be with you at all times is you, so what better than having the best relationship with yourself to be able to relate better with others
Your faithful servant
love and light
Fabiola Passariello.
