Gratitude and Its Energy

Every human being has experienced a moment where they feel grateful. We truly have many of these experiences that we can share or describe.


But how long does that energy or that elevated frequency of gratitude really last? Can you say that you're vibrating from there all the time? Not really.



Reaching that feeling is very easy; it's a matter of remembering or putting our energy into something we genuinely feel grateful for.


But why doesn't that sensation remain? Why does it last so little? Are you now aware of how many times or for how long you express gratitude in your day? Do you express gratitude at least once a day?


Human beings tend to focus their energy on their concerns, their duties, on what they lack, on what is still not.


In the past, focusing on what wasn't leads to depression, and in the future, focusing on what one wants to become or achieve or have leads to anxiety, causing them to lose the most sacred thing they have: the present, this moment where it's here and now, where you can create and maintain an elevated vibration, where you can truly realize how blessed you are, the good things you have, and the immense power you have when you are present. It's where you truly sow the seed for the experience you are going to live.


The key is awareness, which only occurs when we are in the present, here and now, when I realize where I am and where I truly want to go. Where do I start questioning and describing what works for me and what is no longer working for me? Then I take action to transform it.


Where I put my attention, I put my energy, and therefore, it expands. When we start creating a habit of gratitude where we truly feel it from the heart, it ends up becoming an automatic lifestyle because you have practiced and repeated it so many times that your subconscious already programs and activates it, giving you the power to maintain that elevated vibration. Appreciating things much more, becoming creative in continuing to maintain that feeling more and more, gradually being consistent and motivating yourself. It's a process that only you can achieve.


It will also open you up to see more reasons to continue giving thanks. And just by the fact of vibrating at that high frequency and harmony, you are sending information to the universe, to God, to light, whatever you want to call it, through your frequency to receive more experiences of gratitude. The doors of your blessings and your abundance begin to open.


So, who is the only person responsible for doing this? YOU, only you. Start by observing yourself (awareness).


Then by investigating and questioning, taking action for transformation, creating resources to integrate them as ritual habits, practice, practice, repeat, repeat.


When you realize that you deviate or lower your energy, we call your attention back to it. If you fall 20 times, you get up 21.


Celebrate every time you're in that sensation and you keep it for longer. Celebration is very important for your recognition and for your constancy; experience the magic.


Because change only begins with you, and you always have the power to choose from where and how to live what happens to you. Be the change you want to see.
